We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency. We do not provide financial, plan-management, medical or therapeutic advice.
Where NDIS-related information is provided, we will aim to collect only what is reasonably necessary to assess, provide and invoice for the requested service. With appropriate authority, we may communicate with a participant’s nominee, family member, plan manager or support coordinator.

7. Cleaning enquiry referrals
If you request cleaning services, we may ask for your permission to refer the enquiry to an alternative cleaning provider. We will not disclose your name, contact details, property address, photographs or job information to that provider without your consent unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law.
8. Overseas access and service providers
Some technology or administrative service providers may store, process or access information outside Australia. Authorised administrative support may also access information from the Philippines.
Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas service providers handle personal information securely, only for authorised purposes, and consistently with their contractual and legal obligations. However, overseas recipients may be subject to different privacy laws.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where marketing consent has been provided, we may send occasional information about our services or offers.
You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in the message or contacting us. Service-related communications about a requested quote, appointment or account are not marketing communications.
10. Photographs and recordings
Photographs supplied by a customer may be used to assess and quote work, plan the service, keep job records, manage safety or insurance matters and resolve complaints.
Before-and-after photographs will not be published for advertising or social-media purposes without permission. Where practicable, we will avoid or obscure identifying features such as house numbers, vehicle registrations and images of people.
11. Website cookies and external services
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember preferences, understand website usage and improve the customer experience. Our website or communications may contain links to third-party services. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Security and retention
We take reasonable administrative, physical and technical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to people who reasonably require it for authorised business purposes.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or to meet legal, taxation, insurance and business-record requirements. When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
13. Accessing and correcting information
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We will respond within a reasonable period. In some circumstances, access may be refused where permitted or required by law. If this occurs, we will explain the reason where it is lawful and reasonable to do so.
