Who We Can Work With

Dewstar Property Services is not a registered NDIS provider. We can provide eligible supports to participants whose relevant funding is self-managed or managed by a registered plan manager. We cannot provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding because NDIA-managed supports must be delivered by registered providers.


Working With Participants and Their Support Network

We communicate clearly with participants and where authorised, their families, nominees, support coordinators and plan managers. Before services begin, we’ll confirm the requested work, service schedule, agreed pricing and invoicing requirements.


Funding and Service Eligibility

NDIS funding can only be used for supports permitted under the participant’s plan and current NDIS rules. The participant or their authorised representative is responsible for confirming that the requested service is an appropriate use of their funding. Dewstar Property Services cannot guarantee that every requested property service will be funded by the NDIS.

Clear Quotes and Service Records

Pricing depends on the service required, time involved, property size, access, equipment, materials and waste removal. We’ll provide clear pricing before work begins and issue invoices describing the service delivered, date, duration and agreed charges.
